I started the business of Kang Long Southasia Foods in 1986, and from a sole proprietorship to a diversified Prince Foods Holdings, experienced each important milestone with Hong Kong. Every step of Prince Food’s footprints intertwines the development of Hong Kong's Southeast Asian catering, from the beginning when Southeast Asian ingredients and dishes were not well known in the catering industry to one of the most popular food and beverage dishes today, making Hong Kong's "City of Gourmet" more distinctive and attractive. Prince Foods brings the taste enjoyment of ASEAN countries to the Hong Kong catering industry and consumers, including food supply and agency, food manufacturing, catering, retail, online shopping, etc., so that every customer and consumer can enjoy wonderful and delicious foods every day.
